Hazelwood 3rd grade student, Mena Tanner, wins the N.C. Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts Poster Contest for 3rd grade students. This year’s theme was “Wetlands are Wonderful.” Mena really knows how to “Begin with the End In Mind” and reach her goals! Congratulations!
